I have spent the last six months with four of my colleagues, creating a new coach training company www.RadiancePartnersLLC.com . It has been a marathon to get all the pieces together to apply for our accreditation with the governing body and gold standard of coaching, the international Coaching Federation.
We just this week received our accreditation from the ICF as an Accredited Coach Training Program. We are thrilled with the record time of approval, 7 weeks instead of the estimated 12-24 weeks. We keep getting a big YES from the universe that this is the way we are meant to serve.
We created this new company due to differences with our previous training company about how to move forward. We have updated and improved the coaching processes to be more flexible and responsive for the individual client. We use a foundation of neuroscience, spirituality and best coaching practices, which demonstrate how coaching brings such transformative results for catalyzing transformation and actualizing client’s potential.
I have been reminded throughout this process of how anything is possible with focus, determination, love and support of collaborative partners. It always amazes me how mountains can move when these qualities are present. Thank you to my partners!
