We met at Somers Library on Saturday afternoon, twenty-three souls, and had an engaging experience of listening to our hearts, living our passion, sharing our gifts and living our potential.
If you missed it, or want to come again, here are two more opportunities: Monday, June 6th at 7:00 at the John C. Hart Memorial Library in Yorktown, NY and on Thursday, June 9th at 6:30 at the Hendrick Hudson Library in Croton, NY.
I have added a dance piece to my presentation, which people responded to very favorably. It illustrates and communicates my ideas magically and poetically which opens the audience up in a new way, other than by means of words. And it allows me to use another form of expression I love.
I am aware of a deep flow of peaceful aliveness that opens up more and more as I design my life creatively aligned with what is purposeful, meaningful and pleasurable for me.
When I trained to be a coach, part of my training was to be a client in the coaching program I was learning. As such, I created a Life Purpose Statement, which is the foundational piece of the program. My Life Purpose Statement is:
“My Life Purpose is to transform my heart and the heart of the world,
through grace and beauty,
to find fulfillment, magic and surprise.”
Ten years later I see how I live that purpose with a deeper and deeper understanding of how it expresses itself in my life—listening to my heart and responding to its call, both large and small, keeps me on track, living purposefully. And as I do, I feel more fulfillment, aliveness and a knowing that this is who, what and where I am to be.
How about you? Do you know what’s purposeful and meaningful for you? Do you live your life aligned with that knowing?
Your deeper heart is your guide. Listen, heed the call, follow—it will take you to that deep flow of peaceful aliveness just waiting to be lived.
