I have answered the call of many of you and created a compilation of my Bits of Inspiration blog/newsletter writings from 2008-2014. Just in time for the holidays–it is a great gift to share with family and friends, of support, inspiration and hope!
And it is 302 pages long! The only way I could have written a book of 300 pages is over a long period of time. When it comes to writing, I have an aversion to wordiness–I like clarity and concision.
That’s how many things, like change happens in our lives–slowly and over time–one step at a time which culminates into big transformation.
We may aim for the grand leap, but often backslide due to the strange new territory feeling unfamiliar. Change that is sustainable happens gradually over time, putting one foot in front of the other until new habits are created.
Transformation in our lives is not often obvious because it has been so gradual, but on reflection when we pause and look back, we realize how far we have come.
What transformation do you see that has transpired over this past year? If you don’t see what you want to see, what support do you need to make those changes in the new year?
I love this time of year. It is an opportunity to reflect on what has been and set intentions and aim for what I long to create in this next year.
What will it be for you? what changes do you want to make and sustain that will bring you in alignment with living the life you desire?
