I am a Professional Certified Coach credentialed through the International Coach Federation, with a Bachelors Degree in Psychology and Human Development. I have passionately studied human potential, both in and out of the classroom, for over forty years. I bring a high level of skill and multiple experiences to assist clients, from practical skills such as organization, assessment and planning, to inner development of insight, intuition and wisdom.
As an entrepreneur for over 30 years and owner of a successful service business, I have led multiple teams of people to inspired engagement in their work. I am a former instructor in a college-level coach certification program. My leadership roles in various businesses and organizations include President of the New York City chapter of World Runners, engaging hundreds of volunteers to produce races, provide critical volunteer support for the NYC Marathon and raise thousands of dollars toward their mission of ending hunger in the world.
I have authored hundreds of articles and several books, including The Heart and Soul of Extraordinary Leadership. I host my own radio show and am a former producer host of a cable television show.
I am a student of the Diamond Approach, which fosters personal development through methods of meditation, present-moment awareness, and self-observation.
I enjoy playing guitar and singing, yoga, running daily and sailing when I can. I live outside of New York City, in the Hudson Valley with my husband and two sons.
