I passionately facilitate transformation, for both individuals and organizations.
I am a Professional Certified Success Unlimited Network (SUN) Coach and Coach Trainer, credentialed through the ICF at the PCC level of mastery. I was trained by the founder of SUN, Teri-E Belf, who was the first International Coach Federation Master Certified Coach. SUN was one of the first three coach training companies in the world and the only of the three still in existence.
I have a Bachelors Degree in Psychology and Human Development. I have passionately studied human potential, both in and out of the classroom, for over thirty years. I bring a high level of skill and multiple experiences to assist clients, from practical skills such as organization, assessment and planning, to inner development of insight, intuition and wisdom.
As a recognized top corporate trainer for ten years, facilitating groups in sizes of 5-100 participants, I am well skilled and at home in business environments, bringing engagement and dynamism to the SUN workshop for Increased Personal and Professional Effectiveness (IPPE).
As an entrepreneur for over 30 years and owner of a successful service business, I have led multiple teams of people to inspired leadership in their work. One of my proudest leadership roles was as President of the New York City chapter of World Runners, engaging hundreds of volunteers to produce races, provide critical volunteer support for the NYC Marathon and raise thousands of dollars toward our mission of ending hunger in the world. Along the way, I ran two NYC Marathons.
I have authored hundreds of articles and several books, including The Heart and Soul of Extraordinary Leadership. I host my own radio show and am a former producer host of a cable television show.
I am a student of the Diamond Approach, which fosters personal development through methods of meditation, present-moment awareness, and self-observation.
I enjoy playing guitar and singing, yoga, running daily and sailing when I can. I live outside of New York City, in the Hudson Valley with my husband and two sons.
